i played it for a month, when i borrowed it off a friend
it was pretty good, but at that time i have a ****ty video card, so i kinda lagged, and it wasn't very fun
Just doin what i have to do, just to survive....

Yes, level 20 is the cap. But it's a pain to get there.

Well, it is like any other MMO. You make a character, you do quests and kill monsters to get higher level and get better gear. You can PVP, and GPVP.
