i try yo get 8 hours, but i always end up staying up a few hours and getting 5 or 6.

on another note, its 4: 49 AM here. O.O

8 Hours is the recommended amount. I get like 6. You're also sapposed to eat breakfast every morning.... don't do that either....

I usually get 5-7 hours but rare times I sleep for like 8-9.So I even'd it out a got around 7-9
