Anyone try this? Its in the extras once you beat the game once and do the Seperate Ways missions.

Basically you gotta go with Ada and collect these 5 Plagas samples and she's wearing a cop-like suit in this.

I got 4 samples, but got to the end, where you gotta fight Krauser to get to the last sample, he kicked my ass everytime.

You got no knife either here, so its 10x as hard.

But anyway, anybody try this before?

I died several times because for some stupid ass reason he wouldn't go down after I landed headshots with both my pistol and TMP. On like my 4th try he finally went down. That was the most frustrating part of the mission, that and the fact that Ada's stamina is really low. <.<

Yeah, 2 shots from Krauser and Ada is done for, sadly. No knife made that fight a ***** too.

I'm trying to develop a strategy to beat Krauser in Assignment Ada, anyone got any advice?

Also the fact that you had to fight 3-4 JJ's sucked too, since they're just like those chainsaw guys, cept you can only damage them by hitting them in the head. >.>

To defeat Krauser, when he's walking towards you, walk towards him and as soon as you see him start his double roundhouse or sweep kick, back up immediately and he will miss. Take this opportunity to pop him a headshot. Repeat this strategy and use the dodge prompts whenever they appear.

How many shots does it take to kill him though about? If I was say a shotgun, TMP, or handgun that is.

doesn't matter, I remember just shooting his legs until he goes to kneel down and do what H-F said

Did it, and beat him.
I used the Rifle to hit his legs and unloaded after with a TMP.
Beat him, but used all my GRY Herbs and Aid Sprays.

I got a good reward, but I don't exactly got 300k pestas to buy it lol.

I beat it in about an hour.

Krauser is easy if you run past him and exit the area. You activate a continue point and Krauser is waaaay over at the other side of the Bridge. Take out your sniper rifle and shoot him in the leg then face till he dies. ~ Got that from gamefaqs.
