Can You guys make the Ownwers and Co-Owners of clans be Mods of only their Sub-forum that way we really govern our headquaters??

Umm. . .The Legendary Saviour already is the one and only person who can go in and out of each ones sub-forum as she pleases and moderate when necessary.

So about making the co-leaders and leaders of clans mod for their sub-forum only, the answer is no.
