I doubt it... he's wasting TIME and MONEY... for what?? a 360.... does this dude have a life? Hes gonna waste all the effort.. to fight for a console... LMAO.... If he does go for it... he will lose in court.

I heard about it and I think they said in 29 secs. all of them were sold for $100... or w.e they had in stock. But yeah guys like this are retarded! I mean.. you snooze you lose LMAO!

I have to say that while Amazon doesn't deserve to be sued or anything, after this, they should consider some upgrades. Big sites should be prepared for big events.
