hmmmm voting on staff members doesn't have to be on what they've done but how they're doing like how active the staff is and how they treat the members or something.. i dunno... for a min. i had an idea but i lost it, heh... but yeah that's just one way to determine how the staff would win STOM

Each staff has something their looking at from members.. so depending on that contribution etc.. they winner will be selected..
if you want a hint.. then I'll say look around the forum and do something unique or something that hasn't been done too much altely.. it might put you in favour with the staff for voting day
