Ray Liotta does the voice of Tommy Vercetti in Vice City. Ray Liotta, if you're not familliar, played Henry Hill in Goodfellas.

The Lawyer in Vice City is based on Al Pacino's lawyer in the movie Carlito's Way. When the Lawyer later appears in San Andreas as a cocaine addict, this is a further reference to the fall of Al Pacino's lawyer.

There is an apartment building in Vice City that you can enter only one room in, the room being an homage to the infamous Chainsaw scene in Scarface.

In Vice City, the porn star Candy Suxx is a slight adaptation of a character from the film Boogie Nights about the pornography industry.

The Armored Trucks in Vice City are provided by a company called Gruppe Sechs(Group Sex).

The Malibu Club in Vice City is a reference to the Babylon Club in the film Scarface.

There are a shitload of other Vice City easter eggs, so many I can't remember, but there are plenty.

-------

In Final Fantasy 4 (Released Final Fantasy II for the SNES in the US), two twin mages Porom and Palom, at one point in the game, use William Shatner as a comparison for one mini-villian's terrible acting.

<span style="color:DarkOrchid">In the final fantasy series, there usually has been two characters named Biggs and Wedge, this is a homage to the two pilots working under Darth Vader's command in Star Wars.

Cerberus in Devil May Cry 3 is not based off the mainstream depiction of the three headed dog, it's actually based off the book known as Dante's Inferno, which places the dog in the 13th level of hell, which is so deep it's actually covered in frost and void of all heat. Thus, an ice covered cerberus.

In Resident Evil 4, the maniac with the bag on his head and a chainsaw, is officially known as Dr. Salvador, Salvador, ironically, is spanish for Savior.

In the game Final Fantasy 7, producer Hironobu Sakaguchi allowed Aeris to die as an expression of grief after his own mother passed away during the production of Final Fantasy 6(Final Fantasy 3 SNES US)

Cid (Highwind) has appeared in every Final Fantasy game except for the very first. Note that in every one of Cid's roles, he is some kind of engineer/mechanic. Hironobu Sakaguchi once desrcibed Cid as " the Yoda of the Final Fantasy series ".

Ok, well in Twisted Metal Head On, there are poster for the under appreciated War of the Monsters in certain levels (LA and Tokyo Subway)

I actually submitted this to GameFAQS, as I was the first to find it :)
