Dear Shinobi/Kunoichi,
It has come to our attention that you have been displaying signs of talent through your exploit. To help advance these skills even further, we offer you a chance to heighten your abilities. Our facilites affiliate with every village offering the chance to co-exist with shinobi from other villages. Kages need not worry about their shinobi, you've much to handle in your positions demanding much time and concentration. If you're lucky enough to recieve this letter, then you've been selected to partake in the school system.
We of Seisoku Sosh!te Shura Academy take pride in our works to push the capacity of growing ninja. Here you we offer advanced courses of ninjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu, and weaponry. Our proctors have been hand picked and certified by their skills in each category. Dorms are provided to house the shinobi, genin, chuunin, and jounin dorms pertaining to both genders shinobi and kunoichi. We apply to a strict schedule which you have all recieved attatched to this letter. Located in a wide vicinity farther from the Country of Water lie a massive island holding this very academy. Travel safely as our first day for all freshmen and first years starts Sept 9. Do not disappoint.

Ok, now don't freak out after reading whats below this. For the most part it's a school for shinobi to come and improve their skills as well as new comers not all that familiar with Naruto. This is outside the shippuuden plot and an ultimately alternate version of Naruto via an academy. We will have real courses and life experiences, Proctors of course will be responsible for teaching you to the best of their ability =D. All newbies to Naruto are genin whereas the more experience will be chuunin and up. Enjoy.

Rules:

11. All E-rank academy Jutsu is pretaught and isn't necessary to be included in templates.
12. Activity is a must, DO NOT join if your not going to put forth a commitment, if your going to be gone give a heads up so your spot will remain valid.
13. Their will be a speed system so you will know your limitations and how to increase them. (see below)
14. I know this is harsh, but if you plan on joining, don't give me any slack Jack or Jane xD.
15. Also, NO EDITTING YOUR TEMPLATE AFTER THE RP HAS STARTED! NONE OF THAT LAST MINUTE JUTSU BULL CRAP!! Unless your changing your appearance or something.
16. No ripping off anyone in any way, shape, form, or idea. Seriously, get some originality here.

The School Schedule:
7:15-8:00a.m. - Wake-up and Shower
8:05-9:25a.m. - Ninjutsu Class
9:30-10:50a.m. - Genjutsu Class
10:55-12:15a.m. - Taijutsu Class
12:20-1:40a.m. - Lunch
1:45-3:05p.m. - Sex Ed Class
3:10-4:30p.m - Weaponry
4:35-10:45p.m. - Dismissal/Curphew
Jutsu System:
-Jutsu can/will be taught to you by your proctor.
-Sharingan users, (Copied) should be beside acquired/ripped jutsu in your temps.
-No uber powerful jutsu like Rasengan or Chidori UNLESS you were taught by Kakashi or Jiraiya =/. You can possibly learn it from someone else that knows the jutsu.
-For each shinobi defeated by your character, you will be closer to being capable of doing more jutsu (sort of like exp)
-Genin: For every 3 shinboi defeated, you'll gain the ability to do 1 additional jutsu.
-Chuunin: For every 5 shinobi defeated, you'll gain the ability to do 1 additional jutsu.
-Jounin: For every 7 shinobi defeated, you'll gain the ability to do 1 additional jutsu.
-Kekkei Genkai possiblities range from Dojutsu and mixed Chakra Elements (There are more possiblities)
-Hyoton = Water and Air
-Moukuton=Earth and Water (Like what the Shodaime and Yamato do to make plants and trees)
-Sub-jutsu will be incorporated. This is basically altering the nature of a jutsu and changing it into something else. (Like Kakashi's chidori revamped into Raikiri and Naruto's new rasengan). So if you have a new jutsu made from a previous one, it won't be counted as against you.
-Let me explain the strengths and weaknesses of elemental jutsu.
*Water > Fire > Wind > Lightning > Earth > Water etc. If you happen to go against an opponent with the advantage, don't act as though you can easily brush it off. (A sample, the chidori vs rasengan clash, the rasengan would have the advantage at this point in time anyway.)
-The use of ninjutsu and taijutsu in combat (against another rp'er) requires that you unleash your attack and wait for a reaction from the other before doing anything else.
-Its possible to have jutsu that do not go with your chakra elements, but it takes much more chakra to use them and ultimately the results vary upon the skill alone of the user (Ex: I use sand jutsu and the control isnt that great. Gaara's natural earth and wind element result in his superb sand control in combo with Shukaku.)
-Those of you with common kekkai genkai such as sharingan or byakugan, do your best to elaborate with your background in your bio's as well for better clarity. (It took me some time to do this, but it clicks lol.)
-The speed at which jutsu can be performed must is limitted to two consecutive jutsu at any given time. Whether your genin or s-rank missing-nin, it is not possible to do more than two consecutive jutsu without atleast a moment to catch wind for a third jutsu. Do not violate this principle.
-Jutsu developed by any clan should really only be accessible by them alone, so no attempts to cover this up.
Speed System:
1. Yondaime = Reverse Summoning (300 enemies slain in the blink of an eye speed, possibly exaggerated, but in the previous war with the leaf and rock village...yeah. It was all him o_o.)
2A. Daaku/Sano/Sin (3/4 Yon's speed) = Warp/Particle shifting apart
2B. Arashi Blue Flash (3/5 Yon's speed) = semi Warp/Particle shift
3A. Arashi (normal speed)/Lightning speed jutsu (1/2 Yon's speed) = Phasing and slight particle shift (faster than a normal Shunshin)
3B. The 8 Gates (1/3 Yon's speed)
4. Renge/Chidori required thrust speed (1/4 Yon's speed)
5. Alternate Speed enhancement (1/5 Yon's speed)
6. Normal speed (All levels average run/dash etc.)
