I honestly do not think I would allow my body to go to science when I pass. I am a firm believer that when a human passes they should be buried with a ceremony with their friends and family surrounded and they should be remembered for who they were. Who knows what they could do to my body if I was to donate it to science? I also believe that anyones way of closure after death is a funeral and giving up the right for my family to have that would be wrong of me.
Never! I can never be a body donor when I die. I want to have everything in my body intact when I'm buried. I'm even considering cremation instead of being buried in a casket.
No, I can't do it because I need to laid to rest with my ancestors. My forefathers will never let me rest in peace if my body is left for scientists to use it as they want.
I applaud those who give up their body for science when they die because it is not an easy thing to do. But unfortunately, I don't have the kind of resilience they have to do something like that.
